Northern Lights and Sound offers a large selection of stage rigging, hoists and truss options.
We offer a nice selection of CM Lodestar 1ton, 2ton and 1/2 ton 3phase and single phase chain motor hoists. CM lodestar are the industry standard hoist. We use Motion Labs and Skjonberg Motor Controllers with 7 pin and Twist Lock motor cabling packages.
We offer Genie ST24 crank hoists. These are usually used to fly smaller line arrays or truss.
We offer a nice selection of lighting truss options including PRT / pre rig truss by Tyler or Tomcat. These are often loaded with Source Four Par bars or Par 64 par bars or Moving Head Lights like the Martin Mac 2K or Viper. These are very stable for moving heads any do not move around with fast moving head movement. They also provide a nice offset and substantial look onstage. They can also be stood on end and used for mounting lights.
We offer James Thomas 4 bolt JTE 12″ x 12″ box truss in 10ft, 8ft and 5ft lengths along with corner blocks and base plates.
We offer Tyler 4 bolt heavy duty 12″ x 10ft black box truss.
We offer Global F34 12″ Box truss in several lengths as well as Global Base plates and top plates.
Global F34 truss can also be used for upright totems often with moving lights mounted on the top. They work great with our Vizi Beams or R2s or Auras.
We offer F34 U Torm or U Frame Ladder truss sections that can be used to create all kinds of interesting designs.
We also offer Global and Applied Crank stand and basic non crank tripod stands.
We have light weight 2″ Vera Truss Triangle truss, often referred to as trade show truss. These are great for clubs and lightweight applications. 8 Sections and corner sections can be used to frame a 10ft x 10ft trade show booth. We also offer a 10ft x 10ft trade show step and repeat backdrop. These are 2 meter long sections and will create a 9 x 9 cube or can be connected end to end.
We offer a nice selection of Liftall Steelflex / Gak Roundsling and Crosby Shackels
